Ring Lithium Power Pack wins Land Rover Pro Choice Award

Ring’s high powered power pack – the R(E)PP950 – has won Land Rover Monthly’s Pro Choice Award in their recent product test, marking it out as having exceptional performance for professional environments.

The power pack was put through its paces against several competitors to see which had the power to jump start larger engines, along with the portability and ease of use that smaller lithium power packs can offer.

The R(E)PP950 triumphed as the Pro Choice thanks to its “superior battery technology”. Land Rover Monthly said that “it had no problem boosting our sluggish 2.5d engine’s battery”, and it is best suited to regular use, such as a sales forecourt or a commercial garage”. The review went on to say that “it has all the bells and whistles as a kit but it packs a punch you can rely on”. Its lithium ion phosphate battery is “capable of more long term charging cycles than standard lithium ion”, and therefore ideal for to professional use.
