Auto Express “Test Favourite” accolade for Ring’s RMS20 Smart USB

Ring’s RMS20 3-Way Smart USB has been named a “test favourite” in Auto Express’ recent USB charger mini test, receiving a strong four star review.

Auto Express notes that in-car charging is “a motoring essential”, so having effective devices is crucial. The test looked at three USB chargers, all of which were rated on charging speed, socket fit and value for money. The charging speed was tested using an iPad Air 2.

The RMS20 3-Way Smart USB received a strong four star review, and was named a “Test Favourite”. The combined 6.8A maximum output “gave it a slight edge in the charging test”, and the review praised it as “a decent performer with a good price”. Overall, the review concluded that “purely as a charger, the Ring has the edge”.
